Family Fun Day - this Saturday, 19th April
The Family Fun Day is taking place on the Arusha Campus this Saturday and a huge amount of organisation has gone into this. Many thanks to the Parent Association and all who have worked hard towards the day.
Parent Association
Sylvia Vlaskamp has now resigned as Chair of the Parent Association and her position has been taken by Sandra Kusserow. We would like to thank Sylvia for the hard work she has done for the PA and for her support for the school. There is now a vacancy on the PA for a parent who has a child in Moshi Campus. If you would like to join this committee, please contact Sandra Kusserow on .
Sports Banquet
One of the sporting highlights of the Moshi year is the sports banquet! All students who have been involved in school sports teams during the year will be invited to this dinner on Friday, 18th April.
Diploma Exams
The IB Diploma written exams start on 5th May. In the week before the exams start (April 28th - May 2nd), the D2 students will not be required to attend classes. Their teachers will be available in classrooms to assist those that need help in preparation for their exams. Day students may attend school as and when they wish, but are expected to be at home working if they are not in school. Boarders may work in their boarding houses or may travel home for the study week. If your boarding child will be spending the week at home, could you please inform his/her boarding parent in advance?
IGCSE Exams
S5 students have already taken their Art exam, one Information Technology paper and a French oral exam. Next Tuesday, 22nd April, they will also take a second IT exam paper. The main written exams start in the week beginning 12th May. S5 students will be given study time on May 8th and 9th when they will not be required to come to classes if they prefer to study privately, but teachers will still be available in classrooms to assist them as needed.
