Kilimanjaro Trips

MOUNT KILIMANJARO ASCENT
The highest mountain in Africa (5,895m) is on our doorstep and so gives us a perfect opportunity to offer this trip to visiting schools. The summit is called Uhuru Peak and can be negotiated via several routes differing in difficulty, cost and time. This is a serious undertaking and an extremely difficult physical challenge suitable only for older groups with good physical fitness. Please request further information on each route stating details on group age and duration of visit.

MOUNT KILIMANJARO TREKKING
This is aimed at younger groups still wishing to trek on Mount Kilimanjaro and in Kilimanjaro National Park. Several routes are possible with different objectives depending on age of group and difficulty of climb you wish to complete. Please contact us with particulars for more details.

Suggested age range: 14+

Mount Meru Trips

MOUNT MERU SUMMIT
The fourth highest mountain in Africa, and the second highest in Tanzania, Mount Meru's highest point is Socialist Peak at 4565m. This is an incredibly scenic climb offering a great challenge in a beautiful environment with a chance to see lots of African wildlife including giraffe, buffalo, and baboons amongst others. It is also a tough physical test but is a more realistic one for younger groups when compared to Kilimanjaro.

MOUNT MERU TREKKING

There are several alternatives to attempting to summit Mount Meru that still offer the awesome scenery, African wildlife and a challenging excursion. This is aimed at younger groups that still wish to climb or trek in Africa.

Suggested age range: 14+
