Moshi Campus Primary - Observations & Reflections

Dear Parents/Caregivers

We are interested in how you see your child at home. Please take a minute to consider his/her social/academic development, interests, attitudes, strengths and special needs. When you write please use brief comments or phrases.

Please send this back to school by 29th August 2008. This will be the basis of your first interview with your child's class teacher.

A printed copy of this form will also be issued to day students in primary on August 25th
